Shipping&Handling
• All hat orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
• International shipping may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
• We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
• Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. 1920 Negro League is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, customers will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
• Refunds will only be considered after the returned item has been received and reviewed for quality.
• Shipping timeframes reflect business transit days and do not include processing time.
• In the rare event of delays caused by weather, delivery strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, please allow up to 10 business days from the shipping date before reporting a package as “lost in transit.”
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their local government.
Returns & Refunds
• Exclusive hats are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund.
• For all other eligible products, return requests must be initiated within 3 business days of delivery by emailing 1920negroleague@gmail.com.
• When contacting us, please include your full name, order number, and a detailed explanation in the subject line (e.g., Return Request – Order #1234).
• Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original packaging to qualify.
• Returns requested after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
• We do not offer direct exchanges. If an exchange is needed, please complete the return process and place a new order.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the item.
